Shipping Methods
We ship via the USPS, this works best for us, and other shipping methods tend to be expensive...For both us and you.
If a package is returned to PinkBird Headquarters because we were provided with a faulty address, after contacting you, we will re-ship at your expense only or refund your order price minus shipping.
Shipping Rates $6.00 - US & Puerto Rico $10.00 - Canada $12.00 - Austria, UK, Germany, France, Ireland, Belgium, Holland/Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand
Orders $5.00 and under shipping to the US have the option of using USPS First Class Mail for $2.50.

Shipping Times
Most orders leave us within 24-48 hours (business days) of when they are placed. First Class via the post office is usually about 2-3 days, and priority mail averages about 2-3 days. We usually do not ship on Saturdays, nor on any days when the Post Office is closed (i.e. Sundays, and national holidays).
RETURNS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will be happy to refund your original shipping cost. If you receive an item broken or damaged, we'll replace it, but you must return the broken/damaged item for inspection/repair within 21 days of purchase. We will then resend your item(s). Otherwise, all sales are final.
